Force update on Company entered in a Form

Hitoshi, by 'update' do you mean if the company name is nonstandard (e.g. NEC vs. NEC Corporation), you want to normalize it?

If an user entered 'NEC' the first time, I want to enable an user to modify Company name to 'NEC Corporation' later on.

If you use a non-progressive form with the Company Name field or a progressive form that always displays the Company Name field, the user should always be able to specify a new Company Name as long as the field doesn't have updates from form fillout blocked.

I'm using non-progressive form and without SFDC integration. However, Company field is not updated when entered from a form. All other fields are properly updated.

My bad on this. There was a block field defined. I think somebody else was experimenting with it.
