Field Focus

Dear Marketo dev team,

you've got lots of places where dialogs open.  That's fine!  I have no issue with that at all.  What causes me grief is that you don't set the cursor focus to the first field.  I want to just start typing!

In some release in the not to distant future, can you tidy that kind of stuff up?  It isn't a nice UX.
