Engagement stream cadence not working

Hi,
 
I've been setting up several engagement programs lately. Having watched the training videos in Core Principles 1, I believe I have set up my engagement streams according to best practice. However, the 'Stream Cadence' set at weekly has never worked. 
 
For example, I have it set it to send emails weekly on a Monday. But it never does this. What it does, is send the emails every second day (3x in a week). Why is this happening? Is it a bug? 
 
Not to mention, every time I try to change the day it sends each email; it never saves this setting, it always defaults back to an earlier day.

Any ideas?

Hi @jarron ,Setting your cadence never really caused any issues like that for me. Also, from your description, there is not a lot that we can troubleshoot on. The only thing I see in your screenshot is that your first cast date is set in the past. Annoyingly, you always have to manually adjust that to a date in the future. Set like this, Marketo will not allow you to save the changes you made.
