Email Success Rate

In the standard email performance report, there is no direct way to determine the success of the emailer directly. 

Success = how many people actually clicked on the main call to action/ took the expected action.

This is available in a separate report that needs to be mapped with the main report and is cumbersome. 

Hence, my idea submission is to add this success matrix to a standard email performance report.

Hi Jashna,

How would you expect Marketo to determine what the main call to action is in a random email? I just reviewed a newsletter yesterday that had at least 20 different links in there. That is why I tend to set up all programs in such a way that upon a relevant click, the person's program status changes. As a result, your program performance report will give you exactly the information you are looking for.
