Email recipients reached limts

I ran an email campaign yesterday to about 8000 leads but only 220 or were actually sent.  I looked into it and found that msot weren't sent due to communication limits, but they're status in the program was switched to sent (even though they were'nt sent).

So my questions are:

1) Is there a way to run a smart and identify who these people who were skipped and...

2) Will the still send?

3)  If I wanted to by pass the limits and get the emial out today, how do I do that?

You have to not include the Sent program status on the send flow because exactly what will happen will happen. better to have a Delivered flow listening for the Delivery/sent and then marking the full executed lead.

For the smart list, you can exclude a suppression list, but Communicaiton Limits aren't calculated until you run the campaign.

The way to turn off the limits is to go to the Admin > Communication limits, or bypass this on the Schedule tab at the bottom: Ignore Limits.

If you can't do that, then you don't have access and need to ask your Admin.
