Email not being sent out as part of program

Hi All,

I have an issue that has left me scratching my head.

I have a program with a landing page, thank you confimration page and email set up in Marketing Activities. I even have a smart list set up with the webhook and send email steps in the flow.

The issue is that when I'm testing the pages I get to the confirmation page but i don't receive the email i have set up. i've looked at all areas and everything seem to be in order. 

Would welcome any ideas and help.

Hey Danish,

Can you post a screen shot of your smart list and of your flow for the smart campaign please? Has the email ever fired?

Have you ever received the email? One place to double check is the schedule to make sure someone can flow through every time. 

It looks like it is set up properly. Can you provide a screen shot of your activity log as well, please?

It used to work perfectly. And leads sre set to pass everytime  i'm wondering if it's a web hook issue, but it appears the email is working for some people.
