Email Link Performance

Hi all,

I'm going through and pulling some email link performance reports but I am having an issue with two emails that are housed under the same email send program. I am pulling the email link performance report for the email send (ES) program and it's combining the clicks on the links for the two emails, instead of breaking them out per email.  Is there a way to break them out so that I can see clicks, and %'s for the emails separately? This is very easy and straightforward when you ES program only has one email in it but I can't seem to tackle this when there are two emails housed under the same program.

Thanks,

Josh

Josh,

If you select the email filter for a program instead of a specific email asset, it will still group the results by email. Try expanding the email program and selecting just one of the email assets.

For whatever reason the program that I have checked does not have the option to pick between the two emails. The one above does, but it's not the correct ES program. Please see image below.

Yes, the program you've selected will only show email assets used by the program. In order for the "+" to show, the email assets will need to be local to the program. In order to see the other email asset in your report, you will need to search for it in the top bar.
