What would be some of the considerations when trying to decide whether to use Marketo's Interactive Webinars versus a third party webinar solution?

In the Interactive Webinars documentation, I see reference to Adobe Connect.  Is Adobe Connect already included as part of Interactive Webinars, or does it need to be purchased separately?

Adobe Connect is the technology that powers Interactive webinar setup and delivery and powers Interactive webinars. When you use Interactive webinars you don't need any new license, any new setup or any additional user addition activity. It all gets baked into the product.

Pretty Amazing right ? @crmdr

What would you suggest as the amount of time it takes to get started with your first Interactive Webinar?

30 minutes is all you need to setup and run with interactive Webinars 🙂

Its that simple !!

Hi, @taruna and @ndalvi apart from interactive features like polling, surveys, chat, and Q&A what major difference is there if we compare Interactive webinar with ON24 and Zoom. Can we have a POV on it to understand. Also, are any updates planned for interactive webinar like adding more languages and expanding for more participants.

Yes you can clone an Interactive webinar and use the same room template and you are up and ready in like 5 minutes

Curious about future plans around ability to use interactive webinar content in AEM?  Will we be able to tag content and index for content curation in AEM?

What kind of content do you want to push to AEM can you share a workflow that you look to accomplish ?

Our organization hosts a very large number of webinars a year. Some of these are run locally by marketing and sales teams in various countries and others are managed by the global marketing org.  We are looking for a solution that will allow us to feed upcoming and on-demand webinars to AEM(content fragment?)  along with appropriate content tags so that we can both post upcoming webinars into parts of the website where that content makes sense, as well as curate by topic on-demand webinars(or even bit-sized chucks that i've seen demo'd by the Adobe team for upcoming release).

For on-demand events this is particularly work intensive as we have to down the recording, upload it to a video platform, then setup a gating form for that video, then setup a marketo program to capture responses.

Would love to see a more seamless and scalable way of doing this.

I asked this question in the community, but never got an answer.

We are testing out interactive webinars, and whenever I click change room/template, the screen hangs with a loading icon. This happens regularly.

I am using Chrome, but this happens often and am wondering what is causing this.

@kenmckown can you share which browser you are in ?

You can also  try to download the Adobe connect desktop app as well and try again

@taruna is there any semi-live compatibility similar to ON24?  If not any plan or workaround recommended?

Yes @aarontr you can upload your previous recorded webinar as a video in Interactive Webinar - webinar setup.

But you would need someone to come and kickstart the webinar and play the video. Then your background team can just focus on answering Questions that your audience asks for
