Change Log/Activity Log for Marketo Instance vs. Individual Leads

We're pretty good about manually marking large changes to our campaign logic and such, but does Marketo keep a change log anywhere?

Sometimes, things are missed, and it'd be great to search by date when trying to discover a trend or explain a change. Also, as just happened to me, I noticed an incorrect field was being used, went to change it and thus lost all the "choices" that had been there for the other field. There were a lot, so I have no way of remembering them.

as far as I know there is no change log.

Steffen is right regarding the current standard features. Support can retrieve change logs for certain changes such as smart lists and campaign flows. That can be achieved through a support case.
