Capture Acquisition Program from Facebook Lead Ads

I added the Facebook lead ad launch point integration, and it seems to be working just fine, but I am having trouble figuring out how to set up a campaign to set the acquisition program for users who were acquired through the Facebook lead ad. 

For the "filled out form" campaign I can use the trigger "fills out Facebook lead ads form".  However, when I try to use the "person is created" trigger and add the form name constraint for the campaign that will set acquisition program, the Facebook lead ad form does not appear in the form name drop-down.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set up a campaign that will set the acquisition program for people created as a result of the Facebook lead ad?

    You need to pass at least one lead from FB to see the Form use.

    You would setup a Program for this FB campaign and use a trigger to handle the acquisition and program statuses.
