Cannot link campaign: already linked to another program

In building a Marketo program and setting the Salesforce Campaign Sync, an error shows that I can't link the campaign because its already linked to another program.

Cannot link campaign: already linked to another program

Is there an easy way to know which Marketo program is using the SFDC campaign that I need to link to?

Faleni,

If the Marketo program that is already synced with that SFDC campaign is also referencing that SFDC campaign in one of it's smart campaigns, you can use the "Campaign Inspector" and search the name of the SFDC campaign. That would be a good place to start. If that returns no results, then you will have to check the Marketo programs manually.
