Can you customize tasks and auto-populate through Marketo?

We're looking to differentiate between various ypes of tasks so that sales reps can filter by "task types" in views within SF, but we need to populate this through Marketo. For example - mark something as a Hot Lead versus Scored Lead.

Is there a way to add custom fields to the Create Task flow step (right now there is Due Date, Priority, Status, etc) that aren't based on tokens in the Title or Comment section, so that we can ultimately populate a value into a radio button on the task in SF? I understand how to include that in the title, but we want to report on this in SF so we can look at follow up, connect rates, and so on for the various types of leads that go through (easier to do this off of a concrete value as opposed to a text field).

No, this cannot be done in the Marketo flow step. You could setup a trigger or another field to help mark the lead. eg:

Marketing Qualified Reason = Hot Lead
SFDC Trigger: adjust last Task to say Hot Lead.
