Bizible Touchpoint and SFDC Campaign member

So we are in the final stage of implementing Bizible and key challenge appear during my implementation. Bizible creates a touchpoint object in Salesforce but I can't sync that to the asset's SFDC Campaign.

Example:

I have a gated content on the page acme.com/demand-gen-ebook

If a lead downloads the content on that page I get a touchpoint record created and a campaign member created under my book's campaign (assuming that I have a program in Marketo and that program syncs to SFDC campaign) but there's no link between these two records.

That's critical because I can't tie online submissions to a particular lifecycle stage in the same way that I can do with channels or offline campaigns.

Did anyone go through the same problem? Any luck finding a solution?
