Batch registering people for gotowebinar

Hi there, 

We're doing a webinar that is being promoted by a third party. People are registering on the third party network of sites, so we can't supply them with Marketo form. 

They are providing us with spreadsheet list of those who registered. I'm looking for most efficient way to get them registered in gotowebinar. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't have the third party point the leads to your Marketo page, then you need to import the leads.
  1. Make a list for each vendor, so you know where they came from.
  2. Then select all
  3. Change Program Status > Program > Registered
  4. the system will add the leads to the Program and to GTW.

Hey Ari, in addition to Josh's suggestion (and you may have already done this), but the attendees will need to receive a follow up email with their personal login link for the webinar. Otherwise, there's nothing to permit them to join the webinar at the time of the event!
