Auto Soft Bounced

Hi, I am trying to send an email from a list to users from our internal domain users and they are being soft-bounced whereas with other email addresses of people outside our company it works fine. Why could this be happening? Thank you in advance.

Did you setup SPF and DKIM?

Further to Darrell's question, you should provide your actual domain -- no way to troubleshoot what may be DNS-related errors without it.

Also, what's the exact soft-bounce reason?

I am Cristina's colleague. The error message is:

550 [internal] [oob] The recipient is invalid.

We need to verify SPF and DKIM details with our network admin.
