Advanced Filter Options

and I'm looking for a deeper assist on a filtering question.
In my situation I have three behaviors that I want any 2 of to trigger a change, but they must also meet two other filter requirements.
something like this:
Trigger: Opens email
Trigger: clicks link
Filter: fills out form
Filter: Lead must be X
Filter: Lead must be Y
what then should my advanced filter look like? I'm failing to make the leap to get there just yet.
