Ability to Pause Entire Engagement Program

Sometimes I need to send out more important emails that rule over nurture emails, and I don't want them sent at the same time, or add them to a nurture stream.

It'd be very helpful to pause the entire nurture program with a simple click of a button, instead of either 1.) pausing all leads or 2.) setting the stream cadence to "None". Then when we're ready to have leads receive nurture emails again, just click "unpause nurture program."

Something like that.

Hi Jackie -
You can do this right now! Yeaaa!

Go to your Engagement Program. Click on the Setup Tab. Look at the section | Settings. There you'll see "Program Status", On or Off. The entire program is either on or off.

Hi Adam,

If you turn the engagement program off, what impact will that have on a triggered smart campaign that adds leads to the Engagement Program? Will those leads get added once the EP is turned back on?

Fantastic! No one ever pointed that out to me, they all said I had to change the cadence.

Thank you Adam!

When you reactivate the program, will it "unpause" members who are paused prior to the program being deactivated?

Bump to what Denise said above:
