A Marketo App for Country and State Picklists in Forms
Ok,
I couldn't find where I posted the originally modified country/state dropdown files, but wanted to make sure this is no longer a pain in the rear. This is hosted on AWS and all you have to do is cut and paste a small script into a landing page or landing page template. On any form which contains country/state the values will automatically show up.
