Hello folks,   We have a use case to send emails out to unresponsive leads in a particular fashion and I needed guidance in setting up a recurring campaign (if possible) in marketo.   Here is the requirement:   Leads that open Email 1 (with subject line A) but don´t fill out the form should receive Email 2 Leads that do not open Email 1, should receive Email 1 with subject line B within 7 days. Leads that open Email 2 but don´t fill out the form should receive Email 3. Leads that do not open Email 2, should receive Email 2 with subject line B within 7 days. Leads that open Email 3 but don´t fill out the form, should receive Email 3 with subject line B within 7 days (the last attempt). Leads that do not open Email 3, should receive Email 3 with subject line B within 7 days. After all this sequence, if they haven´t filled out the form, add them to the new monthly newsletter list that we will create for prospects so they can continue to be nurtured once a month. Hi Everyone,Looking for a guidance on a Velocity script solution that I'm building currently.I need to populate content pushed to CO in a following format (deduped by personId, category): So, I'm using below code to populate the content, but also trim each url from https:// so it can be later applied statically to enable tracking.Each set of content has 3 urls placed in separate fields as highlighted in red. Hi Team, Please help with me with these question:   Is it true that triggers will NOT work if a Marketo landing page is in draft mode, even though it's published/live? For example, if someone needs to make an edit/change to the landing page while it is live and being used in a campaign, the tracking programs which is suppose to track engagements on a Marketo LP will not work at that time - not until they select "Approve Draft?"   Thanks, Deepthi.      

Hi everyone,Quick question, I have a new email campaign that I want to send to members, we will call it Summer Email. Now, we have another current ongoing campaign that launches an email to our new members, we will call this the Spring email. Now, I want to add a suppression to the Spring email to not send if the members in the Spring email campaign received the Summer email at any point.The current setup (smart list and flow) for the ongoing Spring email is as follows: My first thought is to add the following smart list filter and flow step to the Spring email campaign: First and foremost, is adding this to the existing Spring campaign the right approach?Second, would I need to adjust the filter options in the smart list to make this work properly?

Hello Marketo Community I have a question about Salesforce sync of previously deleted Marketo leads. We are running a data cleanup management program in Marketo where we periodically delete leads from Marketo but we do retain them in Salesforce. We use the sync filter to prevent Salesforce synching them back to Marketo. The issue we have is that if any of those deleted leads comes back ie. by filling out a form we want them to sync back to an existing record in Salesforce but when Marketo tries to sync the lead to Salesforce we get a sync error saying {FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Cannot create the Lead or Contact as a Lead or Contact with email ... already exists} Has anyone had similar issue to overcome? I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to fix the problem. Thank you Mirek

Hi all, Anyone knows if it's possible to do the following:When a person keys in his email address in the Marketo landing page form:If his email address is already in the Marketo list relevant to the landing page form, he will receive an on-site message saying "he has already signed up"If his email address is not in the list, then he will go through the standard form submission process.This will have to happen live. I have a nurture campaign that has been running for 3 months. I had a cast go out a few days ago, but I am getting engagement scores of 0 for 2 emails that have always been in the program. I can see that there are no hard bounces, or unsubscribes. The open and click rates appear to be normal. Any idea why I am showing 0 as an engagement score for these?

Hi Team,   I wanted to check if this issue is from marketo end before I reach out to marketo support.   We have a marketo landing page, this landing page has multiple assets (couple of them are gated and couple of them are ungated); We have set up trigger to capture engagements from each asset, all working fine but these are the issues with testing.   When I visit the landing page and get engage with all the assets, I get qualified in some and with some I don't get qualified at all, when I try after sometime I will get qualified in the one's I didn't get qualified before.   Is this happening because marketo has slow down or testing multiple triggers at the same time or sometimes both. Also does is issue occurs when multiple people testing the triggers at the same time.   Thanks, Deepthi.

It doesn’t support events created in Webex Events (New). We are working to find a solution. In the meantime, we want to keep everyone updated about this change. I am trying to create a Vue 3 Component  for Marketo Form. The form is loading fine and submitting fine but for some reason the page reloads even though I am doing a `return false` in the OnSuccess method. If I change the settings in Marketo for the "Thank you page" to external url from stay on page  it will redirect to that url. It seems the "return false" is being ignored as the alert is displayed when the form is submitted. Hi!We are trying to reduce form loading times, and one of the ideas that came in is to fetch all form fields on SSR and render the form using our Design System. Then submit using API.I could not find any supporting documentation on this and also there is no good NPM package that would allow doing this. Can someone help? 

I have a client who uses Marketo Forms embedded in Wordpress pages rather than Marketo Landing Pages. They inherited a setup where a new form was created for every webinar, because they relied on the form to control which thank you page the person was sent to upon submitting the form. I have them persuaded to use one webinar form instead. But that means they have to control which thank you page (post submission page) the form filler is sent to upon clicking the submit button. Can someone please point me to documentation that I can pass on that explains how to do this? I know that this is commonplace and not difficult but I'm not a coder so I don't know how to tell them how to do it (and their wordpress person does not know how).   Also - does this require using the Forms 2.0 API?    Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone,This is my first time in this scenario, and although I played around with this, I am not sure what and if there is a strategy to accomplish this.Scenario: We want to start a campaign to send an email (call it Email Alpha) to members 15 days after they come onboard. However, we want to suppress these members from getting this email if they received Email Beta in the past 45 days (housed in a separate program). Here is the issue. Right away I think to myself "Nurture Stream" the issue is that all our recurring emails are setup as programs using smart campaigns for setup and not as Nurture Streams. I tried to create a nurture stream, however, when I try to pull in the "Not in Engagement" Smart list filter, it only allows me to pull criteria from other Nurture Streams (which we have not utilized). The question is, what would be the best approach (if possible) to set this up using the programs with smart campaigns that we have already been using?Thanks in advance.
