Buenos días,   Necesito configurar mis comunicaciones para que solo sean ejecutadas de lunes a viernes en el horario de 7am a 7pm.  Pienso utilizar un filtro de paso de espera, sin embargo, no estoy segura de la lectura de ese filtro.    En este ejemplo, la espera termina de lunes a viernes a las 9:00am, y debe ser de 2 días, eso quiere decir que si la persona recibe la primera comunicación el lunes a las 11:00am, queda retenida en el paso de espera 2 días (48 horas) que se cumplirían el miércoles a las 11:00am y se le enviaría la comunicación ahí mismo a las 11:00am? O por tener la regla en el paso de espera de que la hora sea a las 9:00am debe esperarse hasta el jueves a las 9:00am para enviar la comunicación?     Mi confusión es sobre la hora configurada en el paso de espera, ¿cómo funciona?   ¡Muchas gracias!

I built out a nurture campaign that is connected to my CRM. The flow works as follows: Lead hits my CRM Lead is sent to Marketo Lead is sent to a Nurture Lead goes through cadence, etc., etc. The question is: Is there a way for marketo to automatically send them an email and not wait until the stream cadence starts?

Hi all,    I've enabled the filter for a smart list as SFDC Type is 'User' after activating View All Users in the Salesforce permissions for the Marketo Sync profile. The option for 'User' now appears; however, when I add this filter, no people are being pulled in.   Is there a permission that I am missing?   

Hi all,   It looks like when someone on my team imported a list of our staff members, it imported them as leads, which synced into Salesforce as leads. However, we have all of those staff members also noted as users in Salesforce. Is there a way to use a filter for a smart list to pull in SFDC Users without having to create an additional instance of them as either contacts or leads?

We have Advisors that register for ON24 sessions using personal or other email addresses we do not currently have in Marketo. We have two types of campaigns. Those that will use the ON24 integration and some where we would get out list from Marketo.   1) For the ON24 integration, when an unknow Marketo Advisor registers, will a record in Marketo be created and or will they receive a “thank you” for registering email (assuming we have that set up in Marketo)2) When Advisors register for an ON24 webinar, we receive a record for the user in CDP. For some of the registered users, we receive an email address that does not exist in CDP; they may have used a personal email address. Does our Marketo integration with CDP prevent us from creating new users with just an email address from CDP?

Hello!This might be a dumb question - I know the munchkin cookie is generated from a webpage/domain visit and the mt_tok token from emails/forms - but is there anything in the munchkin cookie itself that identifies the Lead?My initial assumption is no - assuming the munchkin cookie is re-generated each new "session" if it is cleared and the only Lead identification comes from the email/form token and not anything in the cookie itself?

Hi community,   We had a partner share some attribution links for an upcoming email.   servedby.flashtalking.com/click/8/192598;7178499;369307;211;0/?ft_width=1&ft_height=1&us_privacy=${US_PRIVACY}&url=35592528   I'm not privy to some of the technical nuances here, but we don't use links that route through ad severs -- and Marketo won't even validate the link because of the ${US_Privacy} element.   Are there any technical folks out there who can provide some context as to what's going on here?   Thanks,   Dan

Don't really appreciate that if I'm cloning a rather involved event program that has a landing page as part of it, the name of the cloned program finds its way into the new program's landing page URL. I see that this can be toggled in URL settings but when creating many cloned events (which, unfortunately, many of us have to do), it's another tedious step. Also if you're like me and you don't have a ton of experience with the process of cloning and altering intricate programs, you can end up with a long list of URLs to correct. I get how it could be a handy feature, but seems like a weird default.

We have been working on an a persistent issue for a couple months where not all contacts that are obtained from LinkedIn Lead Gen programs are being captured in the corresponding Marketo program. We came to the conclusion with Marketo Support, that the 'Company' field name can cause this integration to fail, and the person will not be recorded within the Marketo program.  This is only happening with records that already exist in our Marketo database. This is inconvienent and we have to check frequently to see if we have any missing leads and manually add them into our programs.  We are wondering if there will be a solution for this anytime soon? 

Hey Community,we started seeing Marketo-SF sync error notifications (see attached) and are confused. Below is the description of the flow based on example of one of the leads:1. Person unsubscribes in Marketo2. Sync goes to SF marking them as "true" for the SF field: Opt out3. Sync goes from SF to Marketo marking our custom field "Hide from Marketo" as true. This means that in SF this lead is hidden from future synchs between Marketo and SF. 4. Then, if there is any attribute update on this lead in Marketo (i.e. vertical update shown on screenshot), then Marketo tries to sync it to SF, and the sync issue notification comes up.We are just confused - is this on our side (Marketo) or on SalesOps side (SF)? Of course "Hide from Marketo" is our own custom field update process, but we are trying to identify where the correction in this process should be made. GOAL: after the lead in SF is hidden from Marketo updates, then it should NOT attempt to sync anymore but it mistakenly still tri

Hi,  I have been trying to implement a flow step service using the documentation outlined here The documentation clearly states you can use my.tokens in the flowstep context. I have tried many times to do this and have found the tokens to not populate and instead the raw string token key is passed. Below is the payload that is received by my service from Marketo in a 201 POST request. Given that this is a relatively new feature to Marketo I am potentially thinking this may be a bug?  Here is my declaration in the getServiceDefinition. When I create the service in Marketo I can see that I am giving permission to use my token context.  Please may someone from the team assist me in understanding how this is to be properly used? Hi everyone,I'm trying to build out a form where the labels hidden until a user types into that field and the label then appears above. Below is a screenshot of what I'm trying to do. The hint text is in place and everything is styled and good to go, I am just not familiar enough with javascript to get this to work (I'm assuming its a javascript solution?). Note that this needs to happen on a per-field basis. Hello,I currently have a generic text message campaign that goes out to customers who missed a monthly payment on their policy. We would like to start including the amount of money they owe as well as the date the payment was due. Unfortunately this data is only stored within a Custom Object. I tried to use Velocity Scripting in order to populate the text but I do not believe Texts/Webhooks can utilize Custom Object data. Is anyone aware of a workaround for this? Or is it possible to send the data that is within the person Custom Object to the person object so that we can use it?Thanks,Jim

Hello all!Looking to see how others handle this concept. We're working on setting up more tracking to coordinate between multiple channels of marketing.  My initial idea was to set a Channel up with program statuses like: - Added to Program - 10 - Sent Email - 20 - Sent Direct Mailer - 20 - Added to Digital Ad Audience - 20 And so forth, basically encompassing our different strategies within one program. Where it gets tough is that in theory, we're going to use the program members to display ads within our online portal.So, there's possibility someone could both receive an email and see a digital ad. Obviously with program statuses this creates as issue as a Lead can only inhibit one status at a time. Also, attribution gets a bit wonky.Is there any way to create like a overarching program (say Auto Loan Campaign), load in all target Leads and then use sub-programs to break it out by specific channel? I'm assuming not 🙂

We have a lot of old emails that are using an image URL with http instead of https. The image automatically redirects to https if you load it in your browser, but it still appears in these old emails that are using the http link. Is it possible to disable the http URL so the image won't load in emails that use the http URL? Or is it possible to force all the email assets using the http URL to update to the https URL? There are over 12,000 emails using the asset and they'll need to be manually updated, so it's not really feasible. 

Hello!  We are building an exclusion list with all competitor email domains. This list will filter out all competitor leads entering our database both via form fills for download forms and lead imports. I want to however make sure the leads coming via contact us forms on the website are not filtered out even if the email domain matches the competitor domain and is on the blocklist. Any thoughts on how this can be achieved? Thanks.

Hello,   I have smart campaigns set up to trigger lead scores based on changed statuses. We recently had an event, and updated the registrants to "Attended" and "No show". For lead scoring, we add people to the flow based on the trigger:   Program Status Change isProgram "is any" New Program status is "Event > Attended" The trigger results show there was no one was affected. However, when I played around with a filter rather than a trigger and set it as:   Program Status Changed:The program "is any" New Program status "is any"Date "last 2 days"   I can see all the people who should have been updated. Any idea of why this is happening and how I can remedy it? Let me know, thanks!

Hello, Marketo community!   I typically incorporate SFDC campaigns as flow steps in some of my Smart Campaigns, and I don't utilize SFDC campaigns at the program level.   Usually, when I create a campaign in Salesforce, it becomes available as an option in the Marketo flow within a few minutes, usually within 10 to 15 minutes.   However, I created a Salesforce campaign this morning, approximately 5 hours ago, and it still hasn't appeared as an option in the Marketo flow step "Add to SFDC campaign" picklist.   I've followed the same process countless times before, and it has consistently worked. I haven't deviated from my usual procedure this time. Additionally, there are no sync error messages appearing on either platform.   Do you have any insights into what might be causing this issue?
