Unable to access Send Time Optimization In AJO journey
Please suggest if Send Time Optimization comes as add on service? I'm unable to see in email tracking option. Please suggest how we can enable it.

You have to reach out to the client care or you account manager to confirm interest for send-time optimization.
Then Adobe will proceed and turn it on for production.
