Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hello!As of today, we have noticed that all our journey we have set up in several sandboxes did not execute the first step (Read Audience). They have worked perfectly fine until yesterday. The step is set to be executed daily at 10:00h. Did anyone else experience similar error today? When we go to journey report, it says 0 profiles have entered the journey, despite the fact that target audience has profiles in it. Thanks

I created a very simple journey, which receives an event and send an email to the user, the email address binding is defaulted to PersonalEmail.address. I have created this journey and enabled it as well, but now I am observing email failure as the email address attribute is not available in the profile. I am storing the email address under a different profile attribute, so wanted to know if we can use a different expression for the email address field in an already active journey?

Hi, As far as I know, a customer can still only be once in the same journey. We use the email address as the namespace.This gives us some problems. E.X. we send out e-mails if a package is delayed and there is a wait in the journey. However a customer can have multiple orders with multiple orders being delayed. As long as he is still in the journey with another order being delayed, he can not enter the journey again for another delayed package. How do you deal with this? And does Adobe see a solution for this? 

Hi All, Requirement:  Need to populate the dynamic/variable information in X.XX % design in the email creative. On the off chance that, variable field have X.X% then, at that point, need to add '0' and make design X.XX % in any case keep the first arrangement X.XX%. for e.g., if data is coming from source, have 4.5 then need to make 4.50 %.  in case, it is coming 4.50 then need to keep as it is 4.50%.  Field/ column is string.   regarding 0%, tried to apply direct concat but it is also not working as well.  {%=concat(xyz field,"0%") %}xyz column- coming from custom actions Thanks. 

My client generates campaigns in Adobe Campaign and journeys in AJO. He wants to analyze some KPIs together IN CJA, for example:number of emails sent/delivered/opened/excluded/failed (sum of emails from AJO and from ACC)number of SMS sent/outbound/exclusion/errors (sum of  SMS from AJO and from ACC)Is this possible? if yes, how can I do it? Thanks!

Maybe you know, in February 2024 Significant updates to Gmail and Yahoo's email delivery requirements will take effect. Email senders who fail to comply with the new requirements set by Gmail and Yahoo will experience a negative impact in deliverability and email performance.   Did Adobe take any actions about this ? Hi,Can we create an audience in AEP where we need to check attribute like '%abc%cdc%'.We can see there is an ability to use contains from the available options but for the above regex we need to apply 2 rules. i.e attribute contains abc and attribute contains cdc.Is there any way we can add just one rule with the regex?

I want to use the landing page functionality to add new data and update existing data in a specific schema->dataset. So that that data can be used for campaign personalization. I see only subscription list can be updated not in a specific dataset with the input data. is there any option to use landing page with the expected behavior 

There is an inSegment function to check the current audience membership of a profile but how to check wasInSegment audience membership? Does AJO stores all the previous membership details for a given profile?

How can we use array in the condition and find the same value in the jounrey 

Hi community, This is such a silly question yet I can't figure it out. How do you do addition in an expression?  I am trying to find the index of a specific parameter in a given string, then +x to the index number so that I can remove the parameter key name. For example:String: https://www.testsite.com?identifier=12345 I wrote an expression to:substr(@{testsite.web.webPageDetails._tenantID.queryString}, (indexOf(@{testsite.web.webPageDetails._tenantID.queryString}, 'identifier=')) +11) So I want the numbers after identifier= (hence the +11), but I am getting this issue: The expression is invalid : You cannot use the character '+' like this because it is a keyword of the language. Please, add quotes to fix your expression. How do you do simple math in an expression in AJO? Thanks.

Hello Team, Does AJO have a capability to build audience by grouping in the following way. 1. Let's say there are ten profiles with IdentityID and Ranking attributes.2. Ranking attributes are duplicable which means Many profiles can have same ranking.3. Now group those profiles which has same ranking and pick one profile randomly to be shortlisted in the audience. How can we create audience rule for this?

Hi All,I want to move objects ( Audiences, Content Templates, Fragments, Landing Pages, Journeys ) from one sandbox to another using APIs. I have referred to the documentation from Adobe ( https://developer.adobe.com/journey-optimizer-apis/references/sandbox/ ), but I am having difficulty understanding some of the parameters mentioned on the last page (such as visibility). Do we have any other detailed documentation? If not, could you please explain at a high level how I can copy objects from one sandbox to another?

Hello, I'm trying to create an abandoned cart journey/email and the Event Condition dialog box does not allow me to expand the productListItems.  The message says I must switch to advanced mode however no Advanced Mode button exists.  Is this a bug or is something wrong with the Schema? Also, I wanted to confirm what I should be doing in this dialog is setting commerce.productListAdds is greater than 0 - correct? 

Hi,   Email action was added in the journey. When journey gets triggered, but email was not delivered to the user. How can we receive the email alert notification for email not delivered to the user. How can we create email alert for above scenario? Thanks in advance!!!

However, I'm encountering issues with activating the campaign, and I am unable to identify any errors or warnings within the campaign. We're in a bit of a time crunch so would appreciate a quick response.  We have a profile in AEP that has an ID (userID) and in that profile we have an array of all the accounts the user has. We've built a segment in AEP to qualify profiles based on certain conditions and we'd like to use this segment in AJO for journeys. However, we'd like to split the profiles that qualified for the segments for each them to have just one account value from the array. Is there a way to do this in AEP or AJO?  An example is: Current Scenarioprofile1 -> userID1, [accountID1, accountID2, accountID3]  Desired OutcomeEach of the profiles should qualify for the journey as shown below:profile1 -> userID1, accountID1profile2 -> userID1, accountID2profile3 -> userID1, accountID3  

Can we create a query for submission date - current date = 7 days how can we add this quesry in AJO journey condition box

Hi there, I am running into this issue where in the action, request parameters, I get this error message: The expression is invalid : You cannot use the word 'toString' like this because it is a keyword of the language. Please, add quotes to fix your expression. I am trying to send a concatenated string into the request parameter. Sometimes I will need to do data type conversion, and in this case, converting the datetime to string. This works: toString(now())This does not work: #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._tenant.accountid} + toString(now())This does not work: 'Test' + toString(now()) How do I get around this? Thanks!
