Birthday date of a client show a banner during 3 days

Hello,

I would like to show a banner for a client's birthday.

So for example, I would like to show a banner in the app of my company to a client which birthdate is 31/01 (we don't have the year of the birthday but we don't care about the year).

And he needs to see the banner until 02/02 23h59.

So during 3 days.

Do you know how to do that in an audience or in a journey ? As I don't know how to filter on my variable Startdate and Enddate.

In the first column is the Actor ID but I know in Adobe, we use Cloud ID, in the second column it's the offer ID.

Hello @mailyso2 ,

At high level, I will use code based channel to achieve this. Once the configuration is done, you can add the banner for an audience with the criteria birthday in the last 3 days.

Thanks,

David

Hi @mailyso2 ,

You can give a try on utilizing the enrich functionality for an audience composition . If there a common key between profile and dataset (eg:- Actor ID) then the same can be utilized to stich the data. Check the below documentation. It may be helpful .

Thanks,
