Hi,

I have started learning Adobe Journey Optimizer and came across hands-on activity in Getting Started module for designing Push campaign. However, there is no "Start" option to launch the same.

Could you please help? Thanks.

To assist you better, could you please share the error you are encountering?

If you would like to restart the hands-on activity you have already completed, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the certification portal: https://certification.adobe.com/courses/
2. Navigate to the course: https://certification.adobe.com/courses/1065
3. Open Module 1: Getting Started Lab – Creating a Push Campaign using Personalization
4. Click on Resume or Repeat to start the lab.
5. Use the UI controls:
  - Play/Pause
  - Previous
  - Next
  - TOC (Table of Content)
  - Collapse play bar
6. Click TOC → On the right side, you’ll see Simulation slides and duration.
7. Click Next → Each slide will show completion progress on the right side.
  - As you advance, slides are marked with a check icon
8. Continue until slide 43 is completed.
9. Click “Back to course” (top‑right corner).
10. Verify status change → Module status updates from In‑progress to Completed.

Complete each simulation slide in order to have the course marked as completed.
