Unable to send custom events to Adobe Analytics using DTM rules

I've got an event based rule to track when a user signs up using a form. When I go to Adobe Analytics, the event doesn't show up. Ideally, I'd like to add a name to the custom event as well so that it'd show up as "Free User Registration" in Adobe Analytics.

 

 Am I missing something important in my setup? Is this something that will require JS to do? Below are two images with the current setup.

    You probably forgot to create the even15 in Sitecatalyst (Admin > Report Suite) and so to fill activate it with your wished name.
