Realtime data and report workspace data time

How long should we wait for data in realtime and workspace?

 

Eventhough i have enabled realtime, but i am not able see any data into it. Should I wait for sometime after first time enabled?

 

Also, we will mention live date when create new report suite.is this mean for only live data or UAT data as well?.

 

If my live date would be after 2 days. But i want to check data in UAT means. Did i get data in development report suite by today or else I should wait 2 days (based on live date).
