Issue with Paying Reschedule Fee for Adobe AD0-E608 Exam

I applied for the Adobe AD0-E608 exam on 13th March and later rescheduled it to 15th March. I received an email from Adobe confirming that the exam has been successfully rescheduled. However, I am unable to pay the $5 rescheduling fee.

In the Purchases section, it shows that there is an amount payable, but there is no option available to complete the payment. I also have not received any email with instructions or a link to pay the due amount.

Typically if you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, there shouldn't be a fee that needs to be paid. If it was less than 24 hours, then they would charge the fee. 

 

I would suggest using the contact us under the support tab. There might be a bug or something where the pay link isn't showing. The certification team would be able to help you better than we can.

It was within the 24-hour notice period. I have tried reaching out to support through the “Contact Us” option. There is also a transaction ID under my Purchases section that shows the status as payable. However, I have not received any reply yet. Since my exam is scheduled for the 15th, I want to resolve this issue before the exam date to avoid any further confusion.
