Hi, given my minimal understanding of app tracking, I would like to understand if there are any standard actions or states that could be tracked for mobile app with no coding.Just like how page view event could be implemented for web ootb or through analytics extension without really needing to pass a page view event in the datalayer. Is there a similar approach to track any default app actions or states either through launch or maybe Firebase?

Hi team, We have a Adobe Analytics connection in CDP for streaming data. One of the attribute we are passing through AA into CDP is Hashed Email, set up as say, eVar79. We are tagging another Hashed Email attribute of different encryption in AA, which will pass to CDP as say, new eVar80. Currently in CDP, existing Hashed Email tagging (evar79) is set up as Secondary Identity (with Adobe provided Hashed Email Identity namespace). Can we set up both the Hashed Email evar79 and evar80 as Secondary Identity to bring in existing Hashed encryption and new Hashed encryption as Identity and part of the same Namespace? OR will that be an issue and we need to map Hashed Email as Identity for only one of the Dimensions?   

The Android app I'm working on has Adobe Mobile Services SDK4 implemented and push notification was set up for it.Push notification is working fine, however occasionally I run into the trouble of not receiving push notifications. When I check the logs in Charles, I noticed that sometimes there's a lifecycle call being sent from the SDK that opts me out.Questions is, what could be the trigger of causing this lifecycle call which is sending push.optIn as 'False'? On app reinstall, a lifecycle call that sends push.optIn as 'True' is triggered and I'm able to receive push notification again. In the ADBMobileConfig.json, "privacyDefault" was also set as "optedin".Did not encounter this issue in iOS.

I'm working on an AEP implementation with both the Analytics & Target service connected. For a regular pageview event the pageview is send to Adobe Analytics & the response for the global-mbox and additional requested mboxes is returned to the browser. However for some use-cases I want to get personalizations for additional mboxes after the origal page-load has already happened. Currently this also triggers a new pageview measurement for Adobe Analytics, which is not what I want. So my questions are: - Is it possible to do a target call through AEP without triggering the Analytics service?- Or is it possible to add additional data to the xdm object which causes the Analytics hit to be dropped intentionally? Thank you advance!

I am trying to get data from Hubspot to AEP. We have source connector in AEP to establish connection with Hubspot. Here is reference : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/sources/connectors/marketing-automation/hubspot.html?lang=en   In this they mentioned about IP allow list. But not sure, where to add that IP allow list. Please of this IP allow list, the connection is not getting established I think so. I wanted to understand the rationale behind "7 days." Is this just a hypothetical number, or its some governing policy? Can you please share more info on this?   Ideally, we can set cookies (ECID specific) for 12 months, so in that case, how will this impact the return visitors issue? Hi there, We are trying to creating a segment that are capturing customers choosing to a higher priceTotal plan. As you can see in the screenshot, the before price ($105) is captured and the after price ($125) is also captured. They are all in the same hit, and are experience events. Wondering if there's a way to capture customers that are upgrading? Thanks!

Currently utilising "AEP Edge network" extension with App event data but when I'm checking the Assurance (Griffon) to debug it appears the data is not sending and is displaying this error message "One or more AEP Mobile Track events are missing an AEP Edge Hit event".    Anyone know what this means and how to fix this so that the data will send to AA through the Edge Network?

Hi there, We have an event that tracks if Two-Factor-Authentication status is toggled on/off. Given this is an event, an example of the data for a profile could look something like this: event_1 = On , timestamp 10:01AMevent_1 = Off, timestamp 10:02AMevent_1 = On, timestamp 10:03AM Is there a way in segment builder, where we can tell the segment to only look for the latest event data and the profile would fall under Two-Factor-Authentication = On?Thank you

I am connecting to the AEP API to view/download datasets via Jupyter Notebooks. It seems like the reporting api is working, but I can only view/download the dataset by batch id. Is there a way to simply view/download the current most recent dataset? 

Hello, If your profiles have several email addresses, how can you handle consent for each of these email addresses using the standard consent field groups? A user could provide a different consent for one email address than another.The standard field groups seem to work for usecases where users only have one email adress or phone number. Regards,Stephan

We have performed the OptIn implementation on the website(Cookies are managed in OneTrust). We have noticed a strange behavior.User accepts all cookies consent on OneTrust banner -> ECID cookies(AMCV and AMCVS) got created and the tag was sent correctly (with all parameters along with MID).Now, when the user navigates to other pages of the website and the tags are not sent correctly - fewer parameters with FID. I can see that an extra cookie gets created (s_fid).Also, one more change was noticed, there was a 302 redirect(initiated via appmeasurement.js) and the next call is OK (status 200) containing FID and fewer parameters are sent. Also, when I run adobe.optIn.permissions in the browser console, I can see that permissions are correct. Since MID is present and ECID cookies are there, tags should contain all relevant data and tags should be sent with MID and not FID. But, this is not the case. This is happening on the website, whenever customer opts in for analytical cook

Is it possible to see the timezone of the events you see in AEP? I have inserted an event with timestamp "2023-06-21T06:19:47.000Z" using the streaming API and when i see that event in the platform UI. I see time as 8:19 instead of 6:19.  @arijitg  

Hi team, I have a streaming segment with Adobe Analytics events and it is scheduled for incremental export to a SFTP location every 3 hour. I want to schedule every 1 hour export after segment is evaluated every hour after Adobe Analytics streaming data ingestion.1) But There is no option to Export incremental files after Segment evaluation. The schedule to Export files After segment evaluation is only there in 'Export full files' and that also I believe will work for Batch evaluation.2) The option we discovered is to set up multiple connections of the SFTP account to cater to every hour.     For eg:    Destination Connection1 = scheduled at 1PM                    Destination Connection2 for same account = scheduled at 2PM                    Destination Connection3 for same account  = scheduled at 3PM      and all these are

Hi everyone,I have implemented the Opt-In feature on the portal. I have one trust script to block the cookies, and it allows cookies to be created based on the selection of cookie consent by the user. Need help/guidance as if what might be going wrong here.As per the documents, one trust script needs to load first and then, launch script containing scripts for optIn. Now, the one trust script loads first, and then the rules to create cookies. In launch, based on the cookie consent, if analytical consent is given, I am executing below code:   adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.ANALYTICS, true); adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.ECID, true); adobe.optIn.complete();  On pages, I can see that 1 out of 10 hits - value for adobe analytics(AA) is false, whereas the script was executed in this case as well.When I run this in the console of the browser, adobe.optIn.permissions, I get to see that value is false for AA.Thanks in advance!

We've already created library and clicked "save and build to develoment" button.So now we are on development stage.But we have to change the resources again now.At that time can we just click "add all changed resources" button again and save and build to development button?  Is there anything we should be aware of?  Or is there any documents that explains these?Thanks for your attention.
