hi allcan i ingest only selected fields for the schema using the http api source ?example  schema  :clientid (primary id) firstName:stringbalance : intso in the initial ingestion  from the API  i have ingested one record with the mapper  3333,joe,400 now i need to update the balance only so i posted 3333,500.  using the same source api what happened  is that the "joe" disappear from the profile... how can i handle it better ? this is just short example , in the real scenario i have hundred of fields  that i don't what to pass since they haven not changed

Hey all,   I tried looking for documentation or if anyone has experienced the same as what I am but was unable to find anything.    When I enable any of the extensions (YouTube Playback or Video Tracking for YouTube extension), my youtube video disappears on the site. I'm assuming it is something with the markup of how the iFrame/embed is but not sure if anyone can provide any feedback or assistance?

Hi, I tried ingesting a batch file using an SFTP connector on a FOLDER path. Unfortunately, the folder contained an unrelated file and the ingestion failed. The error says: INGEST-1401-400 The row has corrupted data and cannot be read or parsed. Fix the corrupted data and try again. How can I fix (delete the problematic file) and try again? I still have 2 files in this batch that are in the right format that I would like to ingest, but I first need to delete the problematic file. I don't understand where these files are kept at the moment. I see them when I look a the failed batches in the API and in the UI, but I don't see how I can fix and try again. How can I achieve this? Thanks

Hi Community, I am wondering if there are recommendations to get around M:M relationship targeting? Below is a diagram of our identity structure. At the web login (email level), this is where our onsite targeting happens. However, under each Web login, there can be multiple billing accounts, but each billing account can be associated with multiple web logins (e.g wife & husband have their own unique logins).  We want to target at each unique Web login level, however, with private graph enabled in our Merge Policy, AEP automatically consolidates all the Web logins & Accounts into a Single Profile because there linked identities. We need the private graph because we also need to use the profile attributes from the billing account profile fragments. Is there a way to isolate each UUID, and the associated billing accounts into unique profiles? I've been told B2C is the solution we need, but that's not in our roadmap to migrate over yet :(. AEP Profile&

Hi, I have got a question. Why not all fields are visible in dataset preview even though they are in the Schema which was used to build that dataset? Is it because some particular columns are not yet populated with data? I have attached default Commerce field group which has a lot properties but these properties are not populated in the dataset.  Regards Mike  

I can change the environment by opening the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension, clicking Experience Platform Tags, clicking Configuration, clicking Actions, and selecting Replace, but I need to be able to do this programmatically for automated testing. This is in the head of the webpage (unique data replaced with ellipsis):<script src="//assets.adobedtm.com/.../launch-....min.js" async></script>Am I able to change the source to a different URL using Selenium/Selenium-wire and Python?

Is it recommended to have PII data encrypted before ingesting in AEP via web SDK.If yes, how could we use the same for activation with AJO as AJO can't send email to encrypted email id's.

Hello, We have newly added a dataset, in which data comes in streaming fashion. However, we took 2 days for sanity checks before enabling the dataset for profile.Now, after enabling the dataset for profile, I created a segment with certain conditions.The records ingested before enabling the dataset are not part of that audience, which is fine.But I would like to know the count of records that were ingested before the date we enabled it for profile.There is no timestamp column in this dataset. Also, in API there are multiple batches with 1-2 records ingested so it is difficult to find. Does somebody know any other way for this, please let me know.

We are passing encryped or hashed email id in web SDK call.So is there a way that we can utilize this encrypted or hashed email id to be used in AJO for sending email to user.

Hello,We have a requirement to create postgreSQL database source connector, and postgres allows only SSL connections.I've used connection string in below format:Server={*********};Database={postgres};Port={5432};UID={postgres};Password={*******};EncryptionMethod=1;ValidateServerCertificate=0 Connection is failing with this string.AEP IP's are added to allowed network list. Query: Is there any other step that we have to follow to create a Encryption enabled connection?Also, which is the correct connection string format to use if we have an SSL enabled postgres source?

hi  i already read some of the answer provided by @danny-miller but still can not make it work on the the target  schema i have array of objects which i need to ingest data from table (for now it is csv ) i tried to use the * notation but i'm problobly miss some casting options attached is the target schema and the row dataplease advice  

We are in the final stages of migrating to Web SDK.  Our data is flowing using the WebSDK and no AA calls are firing.   We now are trying to disable the AA and ECID extensions and the build fails.What should we be looking for to determine why it is failing?

I have event data with me having respective ecid of user. Now in notebook I want data to be analyzed grouped by their email id & hence require mapping of email id of profile & all the associated ecids. thoughts please....   

I am facing a problem where the structure of object arrays are not correctly detected when trying to ingest data into a Dataset from a JSON through Data Landing Zone.Basically, we have object array fields where the size is not fixed, and in some (most) rows of data, the array is empty. Here is a simplified example. When given the following JSON: [{},{},{},{},{"cooperations": [{"a": 1,"b": 2}]},{"cooperations": [{"a": 1,"b": 2},{"a": 3,"b": 4}]}],the mapping detects the object structure as so. However, when I increase the number of empty objects at the beginning of the above JSON to 90 empty objects, the mapping does not detect the object structure. When explicitly using empty arrays, like so:[{"cooperations": []},{"cooperations": [{"a": 1,"b": 2}]},{"cooperations": [{"a": 1,"b": 2},{"a": 3,"b": 4}]}]the object structure is not detected. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. I did some googleing and closest match I found was here.  But this link is for merging profiles, while I am only looking to create one. Thanks
