I have got dataset which is enabled to RTCP. In preview I see some particular record in dataset with ECID , email etc . But it does not show up in Profile. Do you have any ideas why and any hints how to debug this?

Hi team! I just noticed that as soon as I am choosing a "Guided Event" in the newest Web SDK version, the "Document will unload" checkbox disappears.Ideally, this should still be there to make sure that a custom link tracking can be sent through a beacon, or am I missing something? Cheers   

@16227148 I am trying to do mapping from AWS S3 to AEP. {            "sourceType": "ATTRIBUTE",            "destination": "xxxxx.loadDate",            "source": "load_dt" }Here in source S3, the datatype is date(eg: 2024-06-13) and in the AEP schema, the data type is also date.But while ingesting the data, the data is not available in dataset. Please help me to fix the issue. Thanks in Advance. Sheejo

Hi there, As per the title, some times we want to do on the spot QA of the segments that profiles is eligible for while they are on the site. I understand you can see in AEP profile, but there could be the possibility of discrepancy of what actually is reflected while the customer is on the site.  Is there a way to see what segments the customer belongs to, either through maybe the debugger or something? Thanks.

Hello -Has anyone experienced troubleshooting an unexpected large total profile count increase? We had a 30M total profile increase sometime between 6/23 and 6/24. Our licensed usage is still showing the count, -30M, but the total profile count has the 30M added. Just looking for some advice.Thank you

Our company is migrating off Adobe Campaign Classic to another platform for Email marketing. Our contract expires this weekend. Before that happens Id like to find a way to gather some historical records, just in case we need them. Does anyone know of a way to export info and data? I've just been grabbing screenshots, mostly of workflow details. But if there's a way to do this easier, Id love the info!

I am trying to update the config using ADB. Media.configure() method but it is not present on the Media object and neither is the mediaConfig object, any suggestions would be a great help. In the docs (adobe-marketing-cloud.github.io/media-sdks/reference/javascript_3x/APIReference.html) there is an example to override the media.channel, can other values be overridden in this way e.g. var tracker = ADB.Media.getInstance({"media.channel":"custom_channel_name", "media.playerName":"custom_player_name"}).

For some reason after downloading Adobe Experience Cloud the Target trace portion of the debugger never works

We're using Sites with connected assets configured to be able to select images from Assets. Is the 'remote content finder' (screenshot attached) configurable in the same way that Assets allows search forms to be edited using 'search forms' in the admin console ? I can't find any documentation about this is - so I assume not. Other than being able to code which folders in Assets the 'remote content finder' can access.  Thanks  

For our requirement ,Consent is set via AEM and alloy.js is redirectly integrated via AEM only.3 datastream IDs are set for different consent.AEPAEP & TargetTargetif an user lands on the web page the first time and in consent banner user accept the consent for AEP & target, Datastream ID appears fine in the interact call in networks.if user reverted the changes and change the consent with only AEP selected and target  as unselected, we are getting two interacts call one with old id (both aep and target selected) and other with the correct one (only aep selected). We have used Datastream override method for consent change and used alloy version of 2.19.2 How to get the correct datastream id alone and avoiding the previous call.

Hi,  I would to divide users into to groups - control & personalized. How would you approach that? Would you recognize new users and create custom JS code in Rules and divide them? Has any of you have similar use-case?   

Hi guys, quick question about data prep mapping in a datastream. Is it actually only possible to map incoming data to the XDM schema, but not to enrich the free-form "data" object with additional information?Example: I want to set a value to the "data.__adobe.analytics.eVarX" to the ECID? When I try to map the ECID (screenshot), the autocomplete does not work, and hardcoded also does not work. So, do you know why none of the contextual free-form data cannot be accessed in the mapping?Alternatively, I think there is also no direct access to the ECID on AA processing rule side, correct? Ideally, I would like to avoid using getIdentity for it due to its async nature.alloy("getIdentity")  Any suggestions? Cheers

I would like to ask a question to more experienced users. Assuming that I would like to have a propensity model to commerce.pruchase event (customer would buy something). From your experience is it worth to add additional datasets except for web events and app events like:- offline sales- interaction with email - interaction with app pushOr it might skew the results?

I am getting the data from 2 sources like below Data 1E-MailNameaa@aa.aaAAbb@bb.bbBBcc@cc.ccCC Data 2E-MailProjectNameTech1Tech2aa@aa.aaP1CDPSQLaa@aa.aaP2AEMAdobeAnalyticsbb@bb.bbP1CDPSQL E-Mail is primary identity in both. The relationship is going to be many-to-many, as multiple users can have multiple projects and multiple projects can have multiple users linked. Data 1 is ingested using b2b person schema. What could be the best way to architect this in AEP? Should we create a custom schema for Projects and on the backend profile will be generated itself in such a way that I could see multiple projects under a profile of a user? Can I also be able to get this data in real-time and also in audiences i would able to select profiles on the basis of project or technologies worked ? or should we go for b2b opportunity schema which already have many-to-many relationship with b2b person?

Is there a way for ALL of the installed extensions (i.e. Target, Facebook, Bings, Gtag, etc.) if a condition is not met? I know we can prevent rules and the s.t/s.tl calls from happening but was curious to know if anyone has found a solution to prevent ALL extensions from executing as well? Thanks all!

Hi, I was creating my A/B testing through Adobe Target and I have a total of 4 experiences and 3 different types of visitors, and I'm using Multiple Audiences to create my audience segmentation. Experience A (25%)All Visitors  (Default content)New Visitors (Default content)Return Visitors (Default content) Experience B (25%)All Visitors  (Default content)New Visitors (Show content A)Return Visitors (Default content) Experience C (25%)All Visitors  (Default content)New Visitors (Show content B)Return Visitors (Default content) Experience D (25%)All Visitors  (Default content)New Visitors (Default content)Return Visitors (Show content C) However when I try to use the QA preview links, I wasn't able to see Experience B, C, and D. Anyone know what will cause this issue to happen? Another thing is from my understanding Experience targeting cannot set the traffic splitting except for A/B testing, correct me if I'm wrong? Thanks

For the demo purposes we got scenario like:1. User opens email sent by AJO2. He goes into www and website is personalized. We would like to show that this email is accessible on the front-end and send it further to some Microsoft service I know that this is not basic scenario but is it the way to access RTCP user attributes on front-end to show it on demo? Use the Edge?
