Adobe Experience Platform

When I configure a new source connection (blob) from Adobe experience platform, I would like to implement a connection string from Azure Key Vault instead of using a hardcoded connection string.Currently, our existing Adobe system is using a hardcoded connection string. Does adobe support this feature? if yes kindly share the supporting documentation

Hi, For computed attribute, do I need to create a dataset by any chance?  I see the schema is auto generated, however, I am not getting any data from the attribute that I had created.  Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks

Hi AEP Community, I'm facing an issue while building audience segments in RTCDP using a lookup schema. Here's the context: SetupI have two schemas configured:Schema #1: Event Class SchemaEvent TypeCoupon IdCoupon Master IdSchema #2: Custom Coupon Master ClassCoupon Master Id (Primary ID)Coupon NameCoupon CategoryIssueWhen creating a segment to target profiles who have used a specific coupon, I get the following results:Segmentation Rule: Event Type = "Voucher Used" AND Coupon Name = "Free Coffee Voucher"Result: 0 profiles returned.Segmentation Rule: Event Type = "Voucher Used" AND Coupon Master Id = "RM001"Result: Expected profile count returned.Segmentation Rule: Coupon Name = "Free Coffee Voucher"Result: Expected profile count returned.QuestionCan anyone share insights on how to properly use the Coupon Name attribute from the Custom Coupon Master Class in segmentation? Any advice, examples, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

How can I set up an Azure Blob storage connector using SAS method and renew credentials every 24 hours?  I can do that manually in powershell, but then need to always do that manually.   There has to be an easy way to configure that.  I am just not sure where to look.

Hello Everyone Good morning!!! We have a usecase to create custom folder path while exporting from AEP to S3 bucket. The export folder path should be Year >> Month>>date. Is there any way we can extract Year, Month and date from "/%EXPORT_TIME%/" or "%DATETIME%"?Thanks in advance. ThanksSheejo Rapheal

Hi all,My first time posting and I hope someone can help.I've been uploading CSV's successfully for months; however, due to a change in data processing I had to make some user deletions (advised to remove them from the upload sheet and re-process the file). This was generally successful and no major issues; however, at some point a purge request was submitted separately to remove a user instead of removing the user from the CSV upload and this seems to have had a knock-on effect and now stopped any and all CSV files from going through.Error Message when trying to upload any CSV file "A CSV file is currently being processed. Please wait for the processing to complete before uploading a new file" The last time a file was uploaded successfully was 14th July and every previous upload shows a red triangle and the status of "History removed because of user purge request"Has anyone had any similar issues or know how to resolve this? Should I now purge all users in the "User Cleanup" grou

Hi guys, another simple question: how can I define an audience that shall work as Edge audience and evaluate to true if two Web SDK page views happened within the same session? Somehow my attempts in the UI alsways end up in Batch-only.

Streamlining Data Integration:  Edge Network, AEP and Google Campaign Manager 360Kritika Pareek, Julien Piccini                           Integrating Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) to track and send conversion events from the Adobe Edge Network was a challenging but rewarding project. CM360, unlike AEP, isn't optimized for direct event streaming, necessitating creative solutions to bridge the gap. Business Use Case The objective was to establish a reliable method to forward conversion events from Adobe Edge Network to CM360. We tried reduce reliance on client-side scripts and improve data accuracy. The solution utilized the Campaign Manager 360 API to upload conversions in batch format, ensuring seamless integration while aligning with CM360’s attribution models and reporting standards. Project Context The project focused on forwarding the conversion events from AEP to Google

Hi Team, I am currently working on creating a CJA dashboard for B2B Buying Group level reporting and Opportunity Funnel analysis. I have set up the schemas with relationships and created the datasets(with 10 records) before establishing the connection in CJA, with optional containers enabled for Opportunity and Buying Group. The connection details are provided in the screenshots below.Unfortunately, the backfill processing for the profile dataset (person) has failed, and the backfill for the lookup and event datasets has been ongoing for more than 3 to 4 days. I have reviewed the audit logs related to the connection but couldn't identify the root cause.Has anyone implemented a similar use case and encountered these issues? Could the complexity of having numerous schema relationships in the dataset be contributing to this problem?  Schema with fields Schema Relationship Sample data Connection details: Audit logs:

Hello Adobe Experience Platform users, We have a really exciting Ask Me Anything (AMA) on 9/2 at 8am PST where product and engineering will be answering questions on all things related to AI Assistant. You don't want to miss this!In the meantime, review this article from one our engineers who will be leading the AMA on 9/2: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/perspectives/prompting-101-how-to-talk-to-adobe-experience-platforms-ai-assistantRegister here: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/aep-events/ask-me-anything-september-2nd-with-experience-platform-experts/ec-p/769194

I have remove and reinstalled the debuger, but it does not work in google browser,  but it works in microsoft edge

I'm sending consent preferences upon account creation for a website, planned to be sent by the Web SDK. I want to set preferences at the channel level, but on my RTCDP profile, I'm seeing a path that is specific to the ECID. How can I set consent at the email level, rather than something that is device specific?  Here's a sample of the call I'm currently sending that results in preferences that are specific to an ECID value.alloy("setConsent", { consent: [{ standard: "Adobe", version: "2.0", value: { collect: { val: "y" }, marketing: { preferred: "email", email: { val: "y" } }, metadata: { time: new Date().toISOString() } } }] }); Here's what I'm seeing on profile, notice how the path contains "idSpecific."

Hi Team,I need your help with an issue I'm facing. Adobe Analytics (AA) is working correctly on our existing websites. However, after integrating the Adobe script into the <head> section of a new website, I noticed that while the rules are firing as expected, the AA network calls are not being triggered.Could you please help me troubleshoot this?Attaching both screenshots

Hello,I am trying to migrate a couple of Batch and Edge audiences from one sandbox to another in AEP using the Sandbox Tooling (Package) feature of AEP. The batch Audiences are all successfully migrated. However, the package failed for all the Edge Audiences with the following error message, [{"taskType": "POST","taskStatus": "ERROR","artifact": {"id": "364a3aed-1154-414d-a039-3cf7354ffb11","altId": null,"type": "PROFILE_SEGMENT","found": false,"count": 0,"messages": [{"status": "FAIL_QUICKLY","attempt": 1,"message": "com.adobe.dx.exim.commons.internal.client.rest.RestException: {\"requestId\":\"X8uZVV1wD5Kh3cPn74LTJ1Xv4UU4VHln_558f74799b3d4c1eb92fe6cbf79f9141\",\"errors\":{\"400\":[{\"code\":\"UPAPI-113447-400\",\"message\":\"The merge policy associated with segment is not Edge Active.\"}]},\"type\":\"https://ns.adobe.com/aep/errors/UPAPI-113447-400\",\"title\":\"The merge policy associated with segment is not Edge Active.\",\"status\""}]}}] Can someone please help me solve

Is AEP able to display on a product page:- count of how many people viewed/bought this specific product? It might be doable using Computed Attributes ....

I have ingested a file into my dataset. through Azure blob storage source.I am seeing this error for the first time.some one kindly let me know the meaning of this error, how can I solve this.

Would AEP be able to connect?

Hi everyone,I have tried reading the documentation but it's pretty unclear how to do this.Let me explain the situation, to put it simply, we have a XDM Individual Profile class schema, with its dataset. We need to do a partial profile update (updating one object in a profile using the primary ID). Basically the primary dataflow brings all the data except the one object which comes from this dataflow.I updated the dataset with "isUpsert:true" to the unifiedProfile tag, but seems it still acts like create and just takes the last insert as the whole profile. To be more specific we are uploading test data over DLZ, and should later connect the dataflow to a GCS bucket. Thanks in advance.

I have checked the profile and I can see the dataset included there. Also, I can see the fields under the attribute section. But when I go for estimated count it gives 0.I don't know the exact reason. But stuck here.Any help will be highly appreciated.

I would like to fetch the primary identifier of the dataset. Is there any API request available for that in AEP?

Hello,  Any suggestions on what Marketo Smartlist filters I should use to pull daily counts in Marketo? The "End success node" query data does not match data counts in Marketo using "has AEP  Segment". TY!

Hello community, When using personalisation done on the Edge, we understand that some PII data might be temporarily stored on the servers (up to 14 days) as part of the edge projection process. As such, what is the current security mechanism employed to protect this data? Is there encryption of data at rest? Is there any best practice recommendation to protect such kind of data from unintentional leaks? I couldn't find much on any of the security white-papers. Thank you for the guidance on this matter.

0I am trying to ingest data through CSV file into array type object fields in a schema in Adobe experience platform. But the data is not getting ingested although it's not showing any error while ingesting.Array type objects:Cool Numbers - Integer typeFavorite Choice - String type Sample data in csv file:Cool Numbers           Favorite Choice2|26                           ic|t5|63|74                      t|ic When I am loading the CSV file manually into schema,I am creating calculated field for both of them liketo_array(true,split(Cool_Numbers,"|"))and mapping it to the corresponding target field.Validation is coming fine but when I finish the workflow and check the processed data,it shows blank in both the fields in the dataset.

I have gone through the document and I am able to understand how to create a schema. I am practicing it on Sandbox. Now I have added few fields which went under an Object datatype name : _adobecincoptrsd Once, I am able to ingest the data in the schema it is successful but when I query it, it give me something like this:But as per my understanding this data is making no sense as a new user will not be able to understand this. What are the possible solutions to get this type of data in the form of rows and columns? Thanks! In Advance.
