Hi,I was recently in contact with Adobe Support about the Experience Cloud ID Service 3.2.0 and a critical issue that caused Adobe Analytics beacons not to fire. I'd like to suggest that Adobe remove versions (like ECID 3.2.0) with critical issues (or at least make them not selectable) in DTM tools (like the AA, Target, and ECID) such that users can't select a version known to have major issues.
Go to Rules. Under EVENTS, click the + icon to add a new condition. When I click any of the rules or data elements that were using the Core extension now display :Unable to display data element. The extension used by the data element was previously uninstalled.I've installed the extension again - I can see its the same version: 1.0.2.All my rules/elements have been affected. I assume this is a bug in the system? As they should just be using the same extension or, at the very least, I should be able edit them to re assign - otherwise this means any time I uninstall an extension all my work is lost?Just noticed, the page is still pulling through the rules/data elements and firing the tags as usual.Cheers for any further information/help on this.

Fortunately, It looks like Search Discovery found this thread and has made the necessary changes***we just started our first migration test from DTM to Launch. We used the SearchDiscovery assessment tool prior to the migration - and this is very helpful.But with the first "environment" test we already ran into the issue that the DTM switch is pointing to our DTM libraries, and does not recognize our Launch environments. As SearchDiscovery states on their help website for the DTM switch:As this isn't working, the workaround is to overload the DTM library with the Launch library through remote mapping with Charles. And this works fine... you can then choose your Launch environment to overload - and thus test...Would however be much more practical for testing if the DTM switch would handle this case... I assume more customers will start migrating and will run into the
I am reporting our apps on launch level, but when trying to get to see launches on pagelevel there is no data. Why is that so? should launches be almost acting like visits with only different limitations?
Hi,we have GA (UA) tool setup in DTM. We set some custom dimensions and metrics in event rules. It seems that the custom dimensions are not cleared in between successive event calls.E.g.Event call 1 only sets Custom Dimension 1 to value "A". The 'collect" call on GA contains a parameter "cd1=A".Event call 2 only sets Custom Dimension 2 to value "B". In event call 2 we actually see that Custom Dimension 1 with value "A" is passed. So the "collect" call on GA contains both "cd1=A & cd2=B".This seems to be wrong behavior? Is there a way to clear these settings in between calls (cfr clearVars for Adobe Analytics)Kind regardsStefan

I've created data elements for things like my page title, URL path, campaign parameter, etc., but the appropriate values for these are not populating in my reports or debuggers. Instead, I'm getting the actual reference to the data element in my reports. Why is this happening? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a null value of some kind?It seems as if things are set correctly in Launch as far as I can tell. Any thoughts?

Hi,as we have different domains (white label, with slight changes) for basically the same platform, I need almost the same set of Launch Rules multiple times. I have a simple question. I'm looking to embed javascript code that creates some html and displays an image. I know there are options to embed this code as a third party tag as sequential html/JS or non sequential html/JS. Do both of these options create an iframe for that embed code? Is there a way to not be within an iframe?
In DTM when you look at the rule details, you see if the analytics part contains custom code before you open the accordion containing the details. I miss this featue in Launch. Currently I would have to define a naming convention for the action so it is clear that it contains custom code.
Hi Folks,I am new to Adobe launch, i would like to know is there any way to have unminified version of JS custom code which is getting loaded through launch. I would like to troubleshoot scripts by having a breakpoint at browser level. But all the scripts were super minified and its tough to troubleshoot at browser level, even pretty print/format option under developer toolbar doesn't help to unformat the code. Please let me know if there is any tricks for troubleshooting under launch

I'm trying to add a Twitter conversion pixel onto a button click using DTM. I've set the pixel to fire on a click event rule as non-sequential HTML. I see the rule being triggered on the button click, however I get a console error saying _satellite is not defined. Hello,We will soon be migrating to first party cookies for the four domains served under the same DTM profile. Each of the four domains will have their own unique tracking servers. in DTM, how do I make sure each tracking server is set to the correct domain in DTM?Thanks
I want to fire a rule when someone clicks on the Accessories link (see screenshot below). There is no specific class or ID i can use (each page is using a different ID for the same link) but, if I could trigger the rule based on the data-target="#accessories" selector, it should work. Any idea on how to do this?

Hi all,I have tried the "Enters Viewport" event in a couple of projects now and it never works for me. All of the projects are SPAs, nevertheless, I would assume that the event is bind to window scroll as well, so there should be no difference between SPAs and common websites.Here is a screenshot of what I'm configuring.
