What are the different 3rd party tools supported by DTM & how to implement them through DTM?

We are serving DTM in the <head> tag (served via AEM) in both mobile and desktop. Our SEO agency says moving the tag would help improve both page speed and SEO. What research or best practices are there on DTM regarding the impact to SEO and page speed?

What are the Best practices for Implementing  DTM  or Get started with DTM Implementation?

How to change  Report Suite Id's based on rules instead of the settings within dtm due to a adaptive/responsive application ?.

I understand having multiple web properties on a single page is currently discouraged, but are there any plans in the DTM road map to support this? For many clients, having this ability would allow them to utilize separate containers to manage permissions, as well as keep functionality such as analytics and marketing tags separated.

Within the Adobe Analytics tool, under Code Configuration, I have it set to "Custom" and the option for "Set reporting suites using custom code below" is checked. Then I have the code hosted within DTM and am loading the latest version of AppMeasurement  v.1.6.1.At the top of the code block within "Code Configuration" I have the following code prior to loading the plugins and the AppMeasurement library:var s = new AppMeasurement();Then, within "Customize Page Code", I have the following:s.sa( _satellite.getDataElement('reportingSuite') );When I fire an event-based rule, this function that sets the reporting suite is not being called and I get an error within the console "SATELLITE: Adobe Analytics: tracker not initialized because account was not found" and "SATELLITE: Adobe Analytics: page code not loaded".Some blogs have mentioned the only way to get around this within event-based rules is not used the Adobe Analytics tool and manually set your variables within the custom JavaScript s

I'm a little bit confused about the difference between these two cookies. Both contain the visitorID+timestamp, but I dont understand when which cookie is being set. On the test environment of a client I see s_fid, but on the staging and production environment I see s_vi. Can someone explain this to me?

Hi there, I removed a tag under my page load rule, so technically it shouldn't fire anymore, but when pulling a report, I see that my tag is still firing about 100-200x a day under this link..What/where is this exactly and how can I stop my tag from firing on this page? Thanks in advance!        http://assets.adobedtm.com/fd6d89d423cb7c0b3940b9b01097c49e001e7f50/scripts/satellite-5522a9553131650014500000.html

I understand that I have to place the code in the custom page code editor of the tool. So now I have the following code, but I still don't see the dslv cookie being set. Maybe this is a terrible stupid question, but I'm no developer so I can't figure out what is going wrong. Please help me out guys! I buy you lunch.The code:function s_doPlugins(s){    s.prop45 = s.getDaysSinceLastVisit("dslv");}s.doPlugins=s_doPlugins;/* Plugin: Days since last Visit 1.1 - capture time from last visit*/s.getDaysSinceLastVisit=new Function("c",""+"var s=this,e=new Date(),es=new Date(),cval,cval_s,cval_ss,ct=e.getT"+"ime(),day=24*60*60*1000,f1,f2,f3,f4,f5;e.setTime(ct+3*365*day);es.s"+"etTime(ct+30*60*1000);f0='Cookies Not Supported';f1='First Visit';f"+"2='More than 30 days';f3='More than 7 days';f4='Less than 7 days';f"+"5='Less than 1 day';cval=s.c_r(c);if(cval.length==0){s.c_w(c,ct,e);"+"s.c_w(c+'_s',f1,es);}else{var d=ct-cval;if(d>30*60*1000){if(d>30*da"+"y){s.c_w(c,ct,e);s.c_w(c+'_s',f2,es);}

Hi,Is there a way to assign individual events for each hashchange?.If yes, which rule would work.TIA

I have noticed a large number of calls reporting in our development report suite. Upon investigation it seems sometimes DTM is ignoring the report suites set in the code and instead leveraging the ones set in DTM itself. So in DTM I have default report suites set like this:However in the code itself I am setting the s.account variable.  The ones set in the picture were required for DTM to allow me to save the changes.  Anyone have a similar issue?

Hi,Sorry if it is already answered here in the forum. I couldn't find it.Question: Is it possible to create a data element using other data elements without using custom scripts?e.g. I have three different data elements - site, section and pageName that are created using respective data layer values. I now want a new data element which will be site+section+pageName. Is it possible to create something like %site%+%section%+%pageName%? If it is possible, what Type should I be selecting from the drop downThanks

I built my web site on weddings using a CMS, but for various reasons now I want to move to Shopify.Question: Shopify adheres to the standard html w3c?

We have been told they only support Google analytics via our Business partners.

Hi, I have multiple report suites I need to send multiple web links to. For some reason this code only works in the code for the library management section. I want to move this down to the customize page code section, but it wont work. I even tried selecting the "After UI settings (custom code takes precedence)" option. function setSAccount(href) { var prod = /(^(prod[0-9]w[0-9])$)|(^(origination[0-9]w[0-9])$)|(^(servicing[0-9]w[0-9])$)/, href = window.location.href, beta = /(^(beta[0-9]w[0-9])$)|(^(originationbeta[0-9]w[0-9])$)|(^(servicingbeta[0-9]w[0-9])$)/, test = /(^(test[0-9]w[0-9])$)|(^(originationtest[0-9]w[0-9])$)|(^(servicingtest[0-9]w[0-9])$)/, a = href.split("//"), b = a[1].split("."), if(b[0].indexOf("www") == 0) { s_account = 'reportsuiteprod,reportsuiteglobalprod'; }else if (b[0].indexOf("beta") == 0 ) { s_account = 'reportsuitebeta'; }else if (b[0].indexOf("test") == 0 ) { s_account = 'reportsuitetest,reportsuiteglobaltest'; } return s_account; };
