Hi, 

 

Customer from retail industry asked me about such a feature. What is the Adobe's proposition in this field? Create propensity model in Data Science services?

Intelligent Services, built on Adobe Experience Platform, provides customers experience access to AI-as-a-service, making it easy to predict customer behaviour, measure the impact of a campaign etc.

When it comes to generating propensity score for Individual profiles- Customer AI is used to generate custom propensity scores such as churn and conversion for individual profiles at-scale. Customer AI works by analyzing existing Consumer Experience Event data to predict churn or conversion propensity scores.

There are some data requirements for the scores to be generated like- minimum 30days worth of Event data is required for eligible population.
