AEP Champion Office Hours - ongoing discussion and future topics

Our first AEP Champions Office Hours session is complete!  We appreciate everyone who attended and who participated in guiding the evolution of AEP Office Hours. Based on the group that attended at 11am Eastern Standard Time (USA), that time works for them.  If you were not able to attend and you would prefer another time like 5pm Eastern time, please let us know. 


Regarding future Office Hour topics, the group expressed interest in a wide range of future topics.  For February 24th Office Hour topics, I will share some ideas later today.

I would like to propose the following potential Office Hour topics for your feedback. 

  1. AEP data management including Federated Audience Composition / Composability

We could focus on any limitations and challenges your organization faces with managing customer data and events prior to AEP ingestion and how Federated Audience Composition might resolve some of those challenges.

  1. Data Collaboration

We could discuss potential use cases for AEP Data Collaboration including paid media and CTV targeting, analytics and enhanced segment builds using 2nd party data

  1. Adobe Agent Orchestrator Use Cases 

I am confident that one of our 2026 Office Hours will focus on a candid discussion of how AEP users are prioritizing and planning to generate value utilizing the Adobe Agent Orchestrator capabilities.  

  1. Enabling a broader set of users within your organization via training, etc. aka democratizing access to the AEP tool set

This topic received the most votes during Office Hours (it was close with several other topics).  I am interested in hearing more regarding your goals for this topic

  1. AEP tool implementation challenges and capability enhancement requests

This topic also led the vote total.  I would appreciate your suggestions regarding how to structure one or two Office Hours around these topics
