DPS 2015.7 is scheduled for release on November 24. If you're doing the math, you'll notice that it'll be 4 weeks since the previous release. The DPS team added an extra week to this cycle for an internal event. The 3-week cycle is approximate, depending on shut-downs, holidays, events, and so on.
