Update versioned clientLibs md5 hash after package installation

md5 hash of versioned clientLibs is not getting updated after package build and it still contains the old md5 hash.
For example if I update a sample.js file in IDE and install package with mvn clean install -PautoInstallPackage, it should trigger com/adobe/granite/ui/librarymanager/INVALIDATED event for updated clientLib.
