Resource resolver causing server restart on AEM

Hi All,

Whenever resource resolver is getting installed on production environment,it causes one of the applications running on AEM ,to go down .Only after restarting the instance ,the site is up and the bundle changes are reflecting.

  • This behaviour is seen only on production not on lower environment (dev/stage).So ,could you please suggest us to troubleshoot this issue.Thanks in Advance.

Can you please share some logs to understand your issue better.

And meanwhile I would suggest you to raise a issue with Adobe.

    Hi @keerthi97 

     

    Any different strategy is followed while deploying the code to production? When you say it works on DEV/STAGE and does not work on PROD, do you use SNAPSHOT on lower environment and no SNAPSHOT on PROD? Is there any version mismatch issue?

    Also do you see anything in logs?
