Issues with Personalization in AEM 6.4

We're in the process of upgrading AEM from 6.2 to 6.4. We use ContextHub for personalization and we have run into an issue. We're using Classic UI to author the components and we cannot see the segments in the Experiences window. 

 

Followed this article(https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/deploying/restructuring/all-repository-restructuring-in-aem-6-4.html?lang=en) to include the contexthub configuration to the root page. However on doing this, we can see the edit configs of the components all moving to the top of the screen.

 

Also getting following errors in Developer Tools: 

 

granite.min.js:104 GET https://SERVER_NAME.seg.js/ net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

 

widgets.min.js:1328 Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'insertAdjacentHTML' on 'Element': The element has no parent.

 

GET https://SERVER_NAME/HOME_PAGE_PATH/_jcr_content/contexthub.commerce.orderhistory.json 400
