Is it possible to export only set of groups and users

Hi.

So I exported a web site using Package Manager to a test server. Now I would like to copy some groups and users. Is it possible without breaking anything? By now I have the default admin user of Adobe CQ instance.

    As I needed just 1 user, I just created it in the new server and his groups too.

     

    But of course if there will be a need to copy several, the question still exists.
