I want to use bulk importer to import assets from Azure blob storage. I can see bulk importer icon in development environment (Tools > Assets > Bulk Import) but this bulk importer icon is not present in stage environment.I dont see any doc that tells how to install bulk importer tool. Do I need to install any package to bring Bulk Importer tool ?

The bulk importer tool should be available in all environments (dev stage and prod). please check your profile permissions to make sure you have the appropriate access to the stage environment.
