How can I add asset image using Content Fragment into CQ Page?

You can add image using RTE image plugin as well.

The picture that you showed me is how to drag and drop image asset into component.

WHen you add an associated asset to a Content Fragment - that image is then displayed when you use that Content Fragment into  an AEM web page. So that is how you add an image to a given content fragment.

it looks like you are using your custom content model to content fragment. so you need to talk to the developer who created this model to provide the option for drag n drop.
