Ensure Oak Index updated definitions are not getting applied to oak index

Hi All,

I want to start using Ensure Oak Index feature of ACS AEM Commons in my project though after integrating the Ensure index and testing it I found that ensure definition changes are not applied to oak:index upon deploying the build package with updated ensure index, even if I set forceReindex to true.

I did go through the API code and could not find logic to detect changes to Ensure index definition and apply ensure definition to oak index. You can find my detailed analysis in comments section of the article below, look for comments by Pankaj Kumar.
