Dialog of a component with RTE inside Multifield does not load properly in AEM cloud

When I try to reopen the component dialog box after authoring RTE within multifield, dialog does not show up. keeps buffering with loader. the console has the 

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getToolbar').

Can you check again the structure of the dialog and try to remove Rte field and see if your able to replicate issue

If possible please the dialog structure here

    This happens only when RTE is added. I tried pasting the RTE structure of core text component.
