- no errors in author. The same package (.ZIP file) will install/activate.

- Both author and publisher are running 6.5.20

any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks

Hi  jayv25585659,

     please check whether all the required code is installed and bundles are active in publisher. Also, please share the logs if the problem persists

@jayv25585659

Please compare the version of core components in both author and publisher

verify if core components package/bundle is properly installed on publisher
