AEM 6.2 - Images uploading correctly, but not showing on pages

Prod Author Environment: AEM 6.2

Yes, I am using dynamic media. Turning it off is not an option.  Works perfectly fine in our stage environment.

All images are uploading to our author environment.  However, when I go to our pages and edit a component by adding the new image.  Nothing appears.  Then when I inspect the image, I get a 403 Forbidden error. 

This is not happening on our stage environment.  We are migrating from 6.1 to 6.2 and one thing I noticed.  If I upload the image in 6.1 package it, then install the package on 6.2 the image appears without any issues.
