We are getting below error while trying to sync AEM authored emails to campaign. It particularly happens when creating email by coping to existing email and trying to sync. This issue appeared after upgrading to 6.5.10.

Hi,

not sure if it helps, but some thoughts on this:

When your trying to synchronize with AEM content an HTTP request is made from Campaign to AEM. The error that you see is most likely the result of that request. The error message hints to a duplicate uuid; not sure wether this is stored on Campaign side or on AEM side, but since the message is an answer from AEM it seems AEM is not able to store the information which delivery is attached to the specific AEM content.

You're saying "copying existing email and trying to sync"; can you perform an unlink before syncing? That might reset the uuid for the new delivery and potentially solve the issue.

Best regards, Tobias

Not yet. This issue is more of AEM side as it's creating duplicate cq:acUUID property while copying an existing email in AEM. As per 6.5.6 release notes,  "The cq:acLinks and cq:acUUID properties for Adobe Campaign on the copy are removed during copy and paste operation (NPR-33794)."

How this issue again showing up in 6.5.10? May be a product bug.
