As @kautuk_sahni mentioned, the only place to get accurate pricing information for your AEMaaCS program is from Adobe Sales via your Customer Success Manager. 

That being said, by & large, on new implementations, Adobe generally prices AEM as a Cloud Service by aggregate pageview/API call count.  If these need to be split across 3 programs or are all in one program, they're generally (and curiously) priced the same.  However, to ADD a program to an existing account is likely to incur additional cost - and the the only arbiter of such will be your sales rep.
