Master page move issue in AEM SP12

After upgrading to SP12, we’re seeing strange behaviors with move functionality.

When I try to move a master page that contains live copy, during the move operation it only moves that specific page, no references are pulled.

However, when I try to move the same master page back to its original position, it shows all the references of live copies that should be published/re-published.

Is it the expected behavior?

It seems you are missing the index config for "visualSimilaritySearch"
