Importing custom dita-ot into aem guides

Hi,

We have a requirement to migrate content from SDL to AEM guides. We have received the custom dita-ot and the xml files. For custom dita-ot, we have integrated the plugins with our aem dita-ot. We have uploaded the dita-ot zip file and the dita files in this path - apps/fmdita/dita_resources .

We have configured the custom profile in the below manner. Just wanted to confirm if we have configured it correctly.

For Schema we have configured the custom plugin catalog xml path.

For the below categories like build path-  Do we need to configure the custom dita-ot build xml path or is this fine.

For the below build path and integrator xml - Do we need to configure the custom dita-ot build path, integrator xml or is this fine.

Issues faced:

We have imported the content using webDav tool and we did the following steps.

  1. We have renamed the bookmap files from .xml extension to .ditamap extension since we were not able to see the map dashboard options.
  2. We tried to generate output as pdf, we are getting below error. It shows some issue with profile configuration.

3. Also, for few xml files we faced one error with tgroup. We noticed that if we add title tag inside the table tag, it should be followed with desc tag. If desc tag is not given then we are getting the below error. Though title and description is an optional tag for a table tag still we are getting this error.

Also we would like to know how to upload the multiple versions of a topic.

Appreciate if you could respond all are above queries at earliest.

Thanks,

Navaz C.A

@navazca-1 : is this still an issue - I am sure you must have reached out to support and the concern must have been addressed.

However most of the information related to this topic is captured on below two articles:
